Is there an elevator in the building?
The Zuegg Suiten are located in a historic townhouse in the center of Lienz and therefore do not have an elevator. Suite 5 is on the ground floor, Suite 6 on the first floor, and Suite 7 on the second floor. We’d be happy to advise you personally on your selection and help you find the suite that best suits your needs.

How often are the suites cleaned during a long stay?
As often as you like! We’ll clean your suite at a frequency agreed upon individually, and we’ll let you know the cost in advance. Towels are changed once a week regardless of this.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Smoking is not permitted inside the Zuegg Suiten. Please step out into the garden, onto the balcony, or onto the terrace of your suite. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €500.00.

Are there discounts for children at the Zuegg Suiten?
Children are very welcome here. For guests staying on the sofa bed, we charge a surcharge of €70.00 per person per night, regardless of age. You can find all the details in our booking information.

It’s right on your doorstep! The Hochstein—your local mountain and adventure destination – is just a 900-meter walk from the Zuegg Suiten. The valley station of the cable car to sunny Zettersfeld is 2.3 km away and can be reached on foot or by car.

Yes, you can rent road bikes from us for €50 per day (subject to availability).
Here in Lienz, you can rent bikes, e-bikes, mountain bikes, or road bikes, or charge your e-bike.
