How do we get the key to the Zuegg Suiten?
One day before your arrival, you’ll receive a code via email for the key safe located right at the front door. With this key, you can enter through the front door and into your suite. Please simply follow the signs inside the building to reach your suite.
When can we check in to the Zuegg Suiten?
Your suite will be ready for you starting at 3:30 p.m. Thanks to our key box, you can arrive and check in flexibly and discreetly around the clock. Of course, we’ll also be happy to welcome you in person upon arrival if you’d like.
What is the latest time I can check-out?
We ask our guests to check out by 10.00 a.m.
Where do I park the car?
There are public parking spaces around our house. For €10.00 per day, you can purchase a parking permit from us, which allows you to park throughout the entire blue zone in Lienz.

Is there Internet in the Zuegg Suiten?
Check in, log in, start surfing. With 750 Mbit/s you are provided with fast Internet in the Zuegg Suiten both at work and in your free time.
Is there an elevator in the building?
The Zuegg Suiten are located in a historic townhouse in the center of Lienz and therefore do not have an elevator. Suite 5 is on the ground floor, Suite 6 on the first floor, and Suite 7 on the second floor. We’d be happy to advise you personally on your selection and help you find the suite that best suits your needs.
How often are the suites cleaned during a long stay?
As often as you like! We’ll clean your suite at a frequency agreed upon individually, and we’ll let you know the cost in advance. Towels are changed once a week regardless of this.
How far is the Lienz train station from the Zuegg Suiten?
The Lienz train station is just a 600-meter walk from the Zuegg Suiten.
What should I do if the trash bin is full during my stay?
If the trash bin is full during your stay, please just let us know. We’ll be happy to take care of the disposal so that you can enjoy your stay without any worries.
Is the final cleaning charged separately?
No, the final cleaning is already included in the price.
Can I request a different pillow if I have a specific preference?
A range of pillows is available to ensure you enjoy a restful night’s sleep. If you have a preference for a particular type of pillow, simply let us know during your stay. We will be happy to provide you with the pillow of your choice on request.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Smoking is not permitted inside the Zuegg Suiten. Please step out into the garden, onto the balcony, or onto the terrace of your suite. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €500.00.
Are there discounts for children at the Zuegg Suiten?
Children are very welcome here. For guests staying on the sofa bed, we charge a surcharge of €70.00 per person per night, regardless of age. You can find all the details in our booking information.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
We’re sorry, but we cannot accommodate your pet.
Are the Zuegg Suiten suitable for a workation?
Absolutely. We offer flexible long-term stays in Lienz, super-fast internet, a prime location and easy access, as well as elegant spaces in your suite for business meetings.
Where can we have breakfast?
In your Zuegg Suite, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, including coffee and various types of tea. Just a few minutes away, you can buy sausage, cheese, eggs, and butter around the clock, as well as convenience foods from East Tyrolean businesses at the “Genussladen 24/7” (Messinggasse 12). If you’d like to have breakfast out, we recommend the bakery directly across the street. Starting in spring 2027, you’ll also be able to enjoy breakfast right here at our hotel.

Are there storage facilities for our skis, bikes or golfbags?
Of course! A secure, video-monitored room is available for your sports equipment. Whether it’s skis, bicycles, e-bikes, or golfbags, your gear is in good hands with us.
How far away is the nearest pharmacy?
Only 60 metres from the Zuegg Suiten you will find the Franziskus Pharmacy (tel. +43 4852 62665) in Muchargasse 13. The Stadtapotheke zur Madonna (tel. +43 4852 62042) in Rosengasse 14 is also only 140 metres from the Zuegg Suiten.
How far away is the nearest ski area?
You'll find it right on the doorstep! The local and adventure mountain Hochstein is just 900 metres on foot from the Zuegg Suiten. The valley station of the cable car to the sunny Zettersfeld can be reached on foot or by car after 2.3 km.
Where do I shop for groceries - preferably around the clock?
The Zuegg Suiten are just 350 metres from the Genussladen 24/7 (Messinggasse 12) and 400 metres from Kastlgreisler (Mühlgasse 16). Here you will only find high-quality, regional food, seven days a week, around the clock. Enjoy the variety of Tyrolean agricultural products and be inspired by regional, organic semi-finished and finished products for your kitchen in the Zuegg Suite. Admission and payment are by debit card / Maestro / EC card. The M-Preis supermarket at Lienz railway station (Bahnhofplatz 1, 650 m away) is also open on weekdays from 6:50 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., on Saturdays until 6:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Where can I rent skis and winter sports equipment directly in Lienz?
You can do this at the valley station of the Zettersfeld cable car in the Lienz ski shop (Zettersfeldstraße 38, 9900 Lienz, tel. +43 4852 68541, info@lienzer-skishop.at) or directly in the Zettersfeld ski area at Skisport-Skiverleih H. Can we rent bicycles at Zuegg Suiten?
Yes, you can rent road bikes from us for €50 per day (subject to availability). Here in Lienz, you can rent bikes, e-bikes, mountain bikes, or road bikes, or charge your e-bike.
