What address do I enter in the navigation system to check in and unload my luggage comfortably and undisturbed?
Enter Schweizergasse 6 in 9900 Lienz. We are waiting for you and are already looking for a car park for you.

How do we get the key to the Zuegg Suiten?
You will receive a code for the key safe directly at the entrance door. You can use this key to get through the front door and into your suite. Please simply follow the signs inside the hotel to get to your suite.

When can we check in to the Zuegg Suiten?
Your suite will be ready for you from 3.00 p.m.

What is the latest time I can check out?
We ask our guests to check out by 10.00 a.m.

Where do I park the car?
We will show you public car parks around our house and give you a parking card. The cost for this car park is only € 6.00 per day. 

How far is Lienz railway station from the Zuegg Suiten?
Lienz train station is only 600 metres on foot from the Zuegg Suites.

Is the final cleaning to be paid separately?
No, the final cleaning is already included in the price.

Living & amenities Zuegg Suiten

Is there Internet in the Zuegg Suiten?
Check in, log in, start surfing. With 500Mbits you are provided with fast Internet in the Zuegg Suiten both at work and in your free time.

How often are the suites cleaned during a long stay?
As often as you like! We will clean your suite at an individually agreed frequency and inform you of the costs in advance. Towels are changed once a week regardless of this.

Is smoking permitted in the flats?
No! Smoking is not permitted in the Zuegg Suiten. Simply retire to the garden, balcony or terrace of your suite. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of € 500.00 in the event of non-compliance.   

Are there discounts for children in the Zuegg Suiten?
Enjoy a family holiday in the Zuegg Suiten: We offer a reduced rate for children up to the age of 15 who stay in their parents' room. You can find all the details in our booking information.

Are pets allowed in the apartment?
Sorry, we cannot accommodate your pet.

Are the Zuegg Suiten suitable for workation?
You bet they are. We offer you flexible long stays in Lienz, super-fast internet, a top location and accessibility as well as prestigious rooms in your suite for business meetings.

Where can we have breakfast?
Have a cosy breakfast from 6.00 a.m. from Monday to Saturday in our bakery Joast (04852 67931). The aroma of fresh coffee and pastries wafts towards you from 6.00 am. Add to that a soft-boiled egg, juices, sweet or savoury treats on the deliciously fresh bread from Osttirol - what more could you want? It's best to book a table in advance. 
On Sundays, you can buy pastries, dairy products and juices from the Joast bakery and prepare a Sunday breakfast in your Zuegg suite. Finally, you will find a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. If you still want to have breakfast outside the house, we recommend the  City Café Glanzl (Hauptplatz 13, 9900 Lienz, 04852 62073) rom 9.00 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays.

Are there storage facilities for our skis, bikes or kayaks?
Of course! Each flat has its own storage room. The Isel is right on the doorstep, the Dolomites just a few minutes away. Who would we be if we didn't also offer you space here for bikes, e-bikes and kayaks.

Where is the nearest kayak launch site on the Isel?
You can launch your kayak, canoe, stand-up paddle or rubber dinghy just 1.5 kilometres upstream from the Zuegg Suiten. You can get expert information about water sports in Lienz here:

How far away is the nearest pharmacy?
Only 60 metres from the Zuegg Suites you will find the Franziskus Pharmacy (tel. +43 4852 62665) in Muchargasse 13. The Stadtapotheke zur Madonna (tel. +43 4852 62042) in Rosengasse 14 is also only 140 metres from the Zuegg Suiten.

How far away is the nearest ski area?
You'll find it right on the doorstep! The local and adventure mountain Hochstein is just 900 metres on foot from the Zuegg Suites. The valley station of the cable car to the sunny Zettersfeld can be reached on foot or by car after 2.3 km.

Where do I shop for food - preferably around the clock?
The Zuegg Suiten are just 350 metres from the Genussladen 24/7 (Messinggasse 12) and 400 metres from Kastlgreisler (Mühlgasse 16). Here you will only find high-quality, regional food, seven days a week, around the clock. Enjoy the variety of Tyrolian agricultural products and be inspired by regional, organic semi-finished and finished products for your kitchen in the Zuegg Suite. Admission and payment are by debit card / Maestro / EC card.
The M-Preis supermarket at Lienz railway station (Bahnhofplatz 1, 650 m away) is also open on weekdays from 6.50 a.m. to 7.00 p.m, on Saturdays until 6.00 p.m. and on Sundays from 7.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Where can I hire skis and winter sports equipment directly in Lienz?
You can do this at the valley station of the Zettersfeld cable car in the Lienz ski shop (Zettersfeldstraße 38, 9900 Lienz, tel. +43 4852 68541, info@lienzer-skishop.at) or directly in the Zettersfeld centre ski area at Skisport-Skiverleih H.
