Cancellation conditions

I recommend that you take out appropriate insurance, e.g. the Hotel Cancellation Plus package with Europäische Reiseversicherung. You can take out your insurance quickly and easily online. Our general cancellation conditions are as follows:

  • from 30 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price
  • from 14 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price
  • from 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the total price
