Is there an elevator in the building?
The Zuegg Suiten are located in a historic townhouse in the center of Lienz and therefore do not have an elevator. Suite 5 is on the ground floor, Suite 6 on the first floor, and Suite 7 on the second floor. We’d be happy to assist you personally in making your selection and finding the suite that best suits your needs.

How often are the suites cleaned during a long stay?
As often as you like! We’ll clean your suite at a frequency agreed upon individually, and we’ll let you know the cost in advance. Towels are changed once a week regardless of the cleaning schedule.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
No, no, no! Smoking is not permitted inside the Zuegg Suiten. Please step out into the garden, onto the balcony, or onto the terrace of your suite. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €500.00.

It’s right on your doorstep! The Hochstein—a mountain perfect for both skiing and adventure—is just a 900-meter walk from the Zuegg Suiten. The valley station of the cable car to sunny Zettersfeld is 2.3 km away and can be reached on foot or by car.

Yes, you can rent road bikes from us for €50 per day. (subject to availability)
Here in Lienz, you can rent bicycles, e-bikes, mountain bikes, or road bikes, or charge your e-bike.
